2 2008 Annual Report 重要害蟲性費洛蒙誘餌應用技術之研發 試驗比較粉斑螟蛾在糙米、薏仁、及 糙米人工飼料之發育繁殖情形,結果以糙 米人工飼料較適其發育與繁殖,完成粉斑 螟蛾大量飼育技術之建立 ( 表 10.) 。配製及 比較不同配方、劑量、載體及持效性,完 成研發粉斑螟蛾性費洛蒙誘餌。不同配製 方法之斜紋夜蛾性費洛蒙誘餌誘蟲活性無 差異,利用幫浦以稀釋之性費洛蒙溶液注 入塑膠微管中,完成建立大量配製斜紋夜 蛾性費洛蒙誘餌方法。完成水稻瘤野螟在 日本、菲律賓、及印度之性費洛蒙配方之 配製與檢定,結果顯示僅日本配方對台灣 的水稻瘤野螟具有誘蟲活性,以塑膠微管 為載體者顯示較佳的誘引效果 ( 圖 41.) 。 表 10. 不同食物飼育粉斑螟蛾各蟲期之發育日數及成蟲壽命 Table 10.
