植保資材毒理試驗平臺成效 13 結果達中度刺激以上者，需繳交皮膚刺激 性試驗報告，由表九可知 0549 因 pH 大 於 11.5 及 0690 因小鼠皮膚過敏試驗出現 腐蝕性傷害，逕予判定為嚴重皮膚刺激性 外，尚有 3 項產品 (0547 、 0614 及 0682) 需再進行白兔皮膚刺激性試驗，試驗主要 觀察動物皮膚紅斑與水腫程度，並利用 Draize 方法 (10) 計算產品在每個觀察時間 點之皮膚刺激性指數 ( 表十一 ) ，結果各 產品指數最高依序為 3.7 ( 第 1 小時 ) 、 0.7 ( 第 1 小時 ) 及 2.3 ( 第 48 小時至第 7 天 ) ， 其皮膚刺激性強弱等級為 0547 ( 中度 ) > 0682 ( 中度 ) > 0614 ( 輕微 ) 。 表十 、白兔經強迫眼睛接觸試驗物後之眼刺激指數 Table 10 .
