90 臺灣農藥科學 第 4 期 ( 四 ) 學習層級之客觀性評量—安全用藥知 識前後測：測驗題項共有 8 題，以訓 練前後答對率瞭解知識提升程度，整 體訓練後答對率呈現正向提升趨勢 ( 表三 ) ，可知學員經訓練後各項安全 用藥知識皆有提昇。 二、行為層級 (L3) 之衡量—「成 效追蹤」調查 ( 一 ) 受 訪 者 基 本 資 料 : 受 訪 者 為 2013~2015 年期間參與訓練學員，本 研究於 2016 年發放問卷追蹤調查學 員於完訓回到田間操作 1~3 年期間知 識技能改變情形，受訪學員 142 名中 ( 表四 ) ，男性為 85.9% ( 女性 14.1%) ； 年齡以 46 歲以上居多 (62.6%) ；教育 程度為大專以上居多 (52.8%) ；非農 業科系畢業 86.6% ；務農位置以中台 灣略多占 48.6% ；務農年資 10 年以下 為 60.6% 居多 ( 年資 6~10 年 28.9%) ； 有通過認 ( 驗 ) 證者占 33.1% ；經營 作物以果樹類占 35.9% ，人數最多， 蔬菜類占 25.4% 次之，水稻類為 23.2% ，茶類、雜糧及其他類合計占 15.5% ；分析參與問卷調查之學員參 訓年度以 2014 年 63 人 ( 占 44.4%) 居高、 2015 年占 33.8% 、 2013 年占 21.8% 。 表三 、安全用藥知識前後測之答對率差異分析 Table 3.
