五、 農藥對病蟲草害之應用研究 青蔥葉部病原真菌對殺菌劑感受性與管理策略研究 本年度完成中部蔥科作物黑腐病菌 ( Stemphylium vesicarium ) 搜集,並以其 中 14 株黑腐病菌進行氟克殺、氟派瑞、平硫瑞、氟殺克敏、百克敏、三氟敏、 三氟派瑞、白克列及白列克敏等 9 種 FRAC C 類殺菌劑之室內生物檢定試驗,於 此 9 種供試藥劑中,氟派瑞、三氟派瑞及百克敏對黑腐病菌菌絲生長的抑制效果 最好,其 EC 50 分別為 5.46 ± 9.12 、 7.27 ± 13.38 及 53.38 ± 72.23 mg/ L ,三氟敏則 幾無抑制效果 ( 表 1) 。 表 1. 臺灣中部青蔥黑腐病菌 ( Stemphylium spp.) 對 9 種 FRAC C 類殺菌劑及其 混合劑之感受性分佈情形 標的 部位 藥劑普通名稱 EC 50 (mg/ L) 1 備註 2 Mean ± SD median C2 氟派瑞 5.46 ± 9.12 1.769 12 isolates’ data conducted for EC 50 of S04, S14 were larger than 1,000 mg/L.
